Event Schedule

Day 1   Oct 11 – Arrive in Dallas [B]
Upon arrival in Dallas, pick up from the airport and check into the hotel for a 3 nights’ stay. If time allows, do some shopping before proceeding to a sponsored dinner with government leaders and U.S. investors at the Old Parkland (an investor-only club). Spend the rest of the evening free at leisure.

Day 2   Oct 12 – Texas Cultural Experience Tour [L, D]
Brunch will be a traditional Chinese meal. In the early afternoon, set off on the Fort Worth Stock Yard tour and shopping with the city of Fort Worth’s Chamber of Commerce leaders. For dinner and cocktails, enjoy a Texas Welcome Reception with the Mayor of Fort Worth. Afterwards you will have the opportunity to watch a Fort Worth Rodeo.

Day 3   Oct 13 – Texas Motor Speedway & Gala Dinner with Former President [L, D]
Spend the day in a NASCAR Racing experience and at the casino with U.S. investors and industry leaders. You will also have the chance to attend international co-investment social matching sessions, activities for relationship building and promotion. At 6:00pm, attend the Gala Dinner Reception with former president George W. Bush, Jr. Keynote and Photo Op at the Ritz Carlton Dallas.

One of the NASCAR vehicles in the NASCAR racing experience in Dallas where each participant will get to drive the vehicles up to 160mph (240kph) on the Texas Motor Speedway track with a Buy-side only partner.

Day 4   Oct 14 – Summit Formal & Arrive in Las Vegas [L]
Today will be an exhibition for city planners and economic development organizers. In the morning will be a summit keynote speech and welcome targeting Governor Perry and the Governor of Oklahoma. Attend the forum until noon when there will be a break for lunch, and move to the breakout sessions and working group meetings in the afternoon.
Take an evening flight to Las Vegas, Nevada.

Day 5   Oct 15 – Industry Focus Project [B, D]
In the morning, enjoy a welcome breakfast. Throughout the day, you will be able to attend presentations.

Day 6   Oct 16 – Investor Advancing Discussions [D]
In the morning, attend investor advancing discussions with management teams. Afterwards, you will have the opportunity to participate in U.S. investor relationship-building activities. In the evening attend a Gala Dinner with a guest of honor.

Day 7   Oct 17 – Arrive in New York [D]
Fly to New York in the morning, and arrive in time for an educational program by the China Investment Federation (CIF) at Wall Street Office. In the afternoon, enjoy a private shopping and sightseeing experience. At 6:30pm, attend a Gala Dinner with a guest of honor.

Oct 18 – Departure
Enjoy the day sightseeing before your evening flight returning to Beijing.
